Biography

Li Xueyong, Tangdu Hospital of the Air Force Medical University, Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery, Chief Physician, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. For more than 30 years, he has been dedicated to investigating better methods of medical plastic surgery and has developed his own insights in areas such as skin anti-aging, scars, liposuction, breast augmentation and reduction, comprehensive eye and nose surgery, and plastic and reconstructive repair.

He serves as an Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Journal of Burn Surgery, a Member of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a Member of the Repair and Reconstruction Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a Member of the Traumatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a Member of the Burn Society of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Society of Plastic and Burn Surgery, a Standing Committee Member of the Shaanxi Provincial Society of Trauma Repair, and a Member of the Shaanxi Provincial Aesthetic Society. He has obtained 2 national utility model patents and 1 invention patent; has been awarded 2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 military research projects; and has won 2 second prizes and 2 third prizes for Military Science and Technology Progress.
